Join us live on Zoom or *IN-PERSON* for a 75 minute full body strength and stretch class! We start with 45 minutes of pure strength exercises where you can move at your own pace and complete as many repetitions as possible, then we immediately transition to a 30 minute stretch class. Bring a heavier (12-20 pounds) and lighter set of dumbbells (5-10 pounds) and a yoga mat.
