What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy! Apparel can be returned within 21 days from the date purchased (shipping charges are non-refundable). Please email if you would like to schedule a return. If you missed a live class, please email and we can credit you for another class in the future.

What does the Member Dashboard look like?

After you login, you will see several tabs to choose from: 1) Featured Events - You will see upcoming special classes such as Fundraisers that you can donate to. 2) This week's live classes - All the classes coming up in the next week will be shown and you can simply click the button to the class you want to take and it will open up Zoom for you! 3) Monthly classes - Take a glance at all the classes that will be offered in the next month. 4) On-demand videos - Any time of the day, you can come here to re-take a previously-live class from the past 2 weeks or try an on-demand recording!

How do I sign up for a membership?

It's easy! Click on the "Become a Member" button at the top of our webpage and follow the directions to create an account. It will ask for your name, email and credit card information. Then everytime you want to take a class, simply Login and it will take you to the Member Dashboard!

Can I track my shipment?

Yes! We mail your apparel using Priority Mail, which includes USPS tracking and up to $50 of insurance. You should receive your apparel within 7-10 days.

How do I join a class?

For non-members, click on "Take a Class" at the top of our site and scroll down to find the class you would like to take, then click on the button "Add to Cart." When you're ready to checkout, simply follow the directions just like you're about to buy some shoes! An email will be sent to you with the link for the class. *Please note: previously-live class links expire 2 days after the live session. So if a class was recorded on September 1st, the link expires on September 3.* For members, click on "Login" at the top of our site and that will bring you to our Member Dashboard. Find "This week's classes", and the "Join Class" button will automatically open up Zoom for you on your device.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership at anytime from your Member Dashboard and you won't be charged for the next month. You will continue to have access to our membership site until your current month concludes. *Sorry, but refunds are not allowed for unused portions of your membership.*
