Classes range from 3-75 minutes with beginning to advanced levels, so there is something for everyone and you can workout whenever it is convenient for you.
Our signature 60-75 minute class you won't find anywhere else! A fun, easy-to-follow, cardio dance workout with original choreography to pop and hip hop music.
30 seconds, 2 exercises, 4 sets. Complete as many reps as possible in this full-body strength and HIIT cardio class. Use a heavier set of dumbbells (8-15 pounds) and a yoga mat.
Blend together a traditional Power Yoga class with Bootcamp bursts of cardio and strength and you get 60 minutes of YogaBurn! This class is done barefoot on a yoga mat.
One of the best inventions of all time: suspension strength training. Classes range from 20-60 minutes and focus on specific body parts or the full body.
Our yummiest yoga class for deep stretching. We hold poses for 3-5 minutes and stay completely on the floor. Class length varies from 20-60 minutes.
60 minutes of moving meditation. We flow slowly through poses for the whole body, while staying connected to our breath, but at a relaxing pace.
A 60-75 minute invigorating and energizing yoga class that challenges you physically and mentally. Look out for our specialty: handstand flows on the wall.
