Happy New Year Friends!
What an incredible turnout on New Years Eve at our last Stop Drop and Dance class of 2022! Despite it being an atmospheric rain storm, all these amazing individuals humbly gathered literally in the cold, dark, and imperfectly perfect parking garage (that we have been dancing in since the beginning of the pandemic) to celebrate together. Thank you so much to everyone who was able to make it and Happy Birthday Julie Bloomberg!
It has nothing to do with dancing good or bad.
It has everything to do with dancing for JOY and HAPPINESS!

My Wish For You in 2023
I absolutely love moments like this photo from last week's class, when life just happens and we receive unexpected surprises!
True, many surprises are unwelcome and are awful things that interrupt our lives.
But if a giant Dalmation (or Great Dane?) gallops into our dance class and comes on stage... I mean... I consider that a beautiful (and hilarious) interruption!
Life is too short to stress about the little things.
Instead, choose your perspective and remember that there are silver linings to everything.
Do what makes you happy.
Be with people who lift you up.
Give where you can.
Shine that light inside of you that was meant for others to see and feel.
Happy New Year!
