Dear Friends,
Dreams Do Come True...
I am filled with a mixture of emotions,
from the obvious, excitement,
that tomorrow morning 40 of us are flying to Tulum for my very first dance/fitness/yoga retreat...
to disbelief,
(and worry and anxiety and fear) carried from PTSD from our cancelled trip last March...
to overwhelm,
from the amount of planning and little details that have made this trip possible,
to love,
for my parents and husband taking care of my kids this week and supporting my time away,
to gratitude,
that I get to be surrounded by some truly down-to-earth, humble, kind, compassionate, and fun women for a whole week!
I wish all of you were coming with us!
