Dear Friends,
I hope you had an enjoyable 3-day weekend!
My sister's family and mine have a wonderful tradition of doing sleepovers at my parents' house for Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. We lounge in our pajamas and sit around the table talking or playing games, and we eat delicious home-cooked food from my childhood. It's kind of the best, and I don't take any of it for granted. I am so grateful.

Members have unlimited access to our on-demand library of previously-live Stop Drop and Dance and Strength & Stretch classes, so even if there is no live session, you can still get a workout in!
A Mascot???
Above is the cutest drawing I wanted to share with all of you from 10-year-old Michelle, Amy Poirier's daughter, who has come regularly to dance in the past.
If you look closely, she drew a capybara (yes I guessed it right!), but look at what the capybara is wearing...
Michelle drew not only our Power With Grace black hoodie, but also our Power With Grace black pom-pom beanie with our rainbow logo! Awww... what a sweet surprise!
I think we officially have a Stop Drop and Dance mascot now! Thank you Michelle!
