Our 2024 Class Calendar!

January 2, 2024

January 1, 2024

Dear Friends,

Happy New Year!

Cheers to this new year living a healthier lifestyle, cultivating community and friendships, creating joy and happiness, following our dreams and passions, and continuing to dance through life’s journey together!

I am so incredibly grateful for YOU!

For those of you who like to plan ahead, I've put together a tentative 2024 class calendar that will be updated throughout the year if there are any special events, new classes, or vacation days. Our website always shows the most up-to-date schedule, however it only shows one week at a time. This 2024 Calendar will help to give you a long-term glance of our class schedule, and especially days when classes are cancelled.

Please SAVE our 2024 Calendar Link!

(Printing not recommended because changes might be made throughout the year)

Drop in to any class in-person for $25 or on Zoom for $15, but if you can make 5 classes a month, then a membership is worth it for you! Memberships auto-renew and start dates can be any day during the month, i.e January 10th - February 9th (not just the 1st of the month).

Hope to see you more in 2024!

"I don't know about you, but I feel GOOD!"

Last Saturday we had our New Years Eve-Eve Stop Drop and Dance class!  Click on the image above to see our mini dance party!

But here's the actual truth... last night for New Years Eve, I started my chronic migraine that lasts a few days.  I went to bed at 10:30pm, only to lie on my fist and take deep breaths all sleepless night.

Today, we promised to take my younger daughter to Six Flags Discovery Kingdom for her early birthday activity, and even though I felt awful, I made it through the day (no rides for me of course).

I share this because, no, we don't always feel good.
No, life isn't fair.  No, life hurts.  No, life sucks sometimes.

But YES, we stay grateful.  Yes, we find the silver linings.  Yes, we say thank you.  Yes, we look for the upsides.  Yes, we stay strong.  Yes we overcome.

I believe that it greatly matters to choose a positive outlook when faced with negative situations!

No, I didn't feel good at all today and would have chosen to stay home in bed if I could.

But yes, I loved watching my daughters scream with pure excitement on the rides.
Yes, I appreciated my husband riding on Superman in my place because my younger daughter needed an adult to accompany her.
Yes, I am glad I was forced to at least breathe in fresh air, get some sunshine, and get my 10,000 steps.

YES, I will see you in class tomorrow morning to DANCE!

To making our own happy, to creating our own joy, and to channeling in only GOOD VIBES in 2024!!!

With Much Love,

Grace
