Dear Friends,

HIIT Me Baby One More Time!

Summer is ending and Fall is here... which means it's a GREAT time to get back into a regular exercise routine! Get both your cardio workout and a mental HIGH in our Stop Drop and Dance classes on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday mornings at 9:30am.

AND new on the schedule starting this week...

Wednesday 9:30am HIIT Camp 30/30
& 10:45am All-Levels Yoga
IN-PERSON @UU Marin!

I am SO excited to offer HIIT and Yoga on Wednesdays fora 6-week trial period, starting tomorrow, August 24th until September 28th, both on Zoom and in-person at UU Marin! Depending on attendance these next few weeks, I will determine at the end of September if there is enough interest to continue teaching HIIT & Yoga in-person moving forward, or if I will return to only Zoom. Please sign up online and check it out!!!

All classes are included in our monthly membership:
* Online (Zoom & On-Demand) Membership: $58/month + $10/drop-in-person
* In-Person Membership (All Classes & Online Content) $108/month

HIIT Camp 30/30 Description:


Join us for a 60 minute full-body strength and HIIT cardio class that can be modified up or down to your fitness level. 30 seconds, 2 exercises, 4 sets, 10 rounds. Move at your own pace and complete as many repetitions as possible. Use a heavier and lighter set of dumbbells (5-12 pounds) and a yoga mat. Finish feeling stronger!

Yoga Description:


Practice to an all-levels 60 minute yoga class flowing with our breath. Gain strength, increase flexibility, and practice quieting your mind from everyday distractions. Listen to your body and modify poses up or down, depending on how you feel. Finish feeling stronger both physically and mentally!

Personally, I get stuck when I haven't taken care of myself. 

I think slower. 
I move slower. 
I function slower. 

A weekend,
An hour,
Or even just a few minutes if that's all you can spare...

A little self-care can change your direction.
