Dear Friends,
Happy Birthday Kathleen Dowd!
On Saturday morning, we had the pleasure of celebrating Kathleen Dowd's birthday for the third year in a row with a 60 minute Stop Drop and Dance fundraiser class at UUMarin!
This year, Kathleen chose to raise money for an organization called Communi-T, which has a vision of creating a future where every family, regardless of their background, has access to equitable, high-quality maternity care during the most critical moments of their lives.
Thank you for raising $1395 for Communi-T!
Kathleen chose the songs for her playlist and the theme was GLAM GIRLS! Thank you to all of you who were able to join in-person or online on Zoom! A special shout-out goes to Kathleen's special guests including her sister, Kristen, her daughter, Annika, her daughter's boyfriend, Cameron, her 8-month-pregnant niece, Annalise, and her friend, Glenda!
We are so grateful for your kindness, generosity, and support, in celebrating Kathleen's birthday in the most meaningful and impactful way: giving back to our community!

Please remember that all our previously-live classes are recorded and available for you to workout at home on-demand at your convenience! On-demand videos are included in the membership, or for non-members, you can purchase classes a-la-carte on our "On Demand" page.
"You gotta start romanticizing your life.
You gotta start believing that your morning commute is cute and fun, that every cup of coffee is the best you've ever had, that even the smallest and most mundane things are exciting and new.
You have to, because that's when you start truly living.
That's when you look forward to every day."
Love,
Grace
