Happy November to all of you and I hope you enjoyed the extra hour of sleep in the morning! I certainly have appreciated it and I feel so much more rested and productive with that bonus time!
As we begin a new month, please note a few upcoming changes on our calendar, including our Wednesday 9:30am 75 minute Strength & Stretch moving to ZOOM ONLY. Please continue joining me as I teach from my garage studio, and I encourage you to find accountable workout partners and go to each others' homes to exercise together!

Winter Wonderland Party & Shopping at West End Nursery
Thank you to Barb Untermann, Erin Meyers and Eliza Desch for helping to organize a holiday party for us for the second year at West End Nursery! This year's theme will be Winter Wonderland, and you can wear anything casual to cocktail in white or sparkly to fit the theme. We will begin the evening at 6pm with mingling and munching, break into small groups for conversation and bonding, then finish with ornament shopping!
All Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday Stop Drop and Dance classes are on Zoom or at @UUMarin (240 Channing Way, San Rafael), and starting in November, all Wednesday Strength & Stretch classes are ONLY on Zoom (no more in-person Wednesdays).
Big SCORPIO Energy!
Happiest birthdays to our Scorpio gals Allyson Josephs, Bonnie Kirkpatrick, Jessica Kissane, and Lisa Butcher!
Last Tuesday, we had a 75 minute Stop Drop and Dance class with the birthday girls’ favorite songs and the theme was “Wear Your Astrology Sign!” Dancers came in all different colors and symbols that matched their birthday sign, and Lisa coordinated matching shirts for each of the Scorpio girls!
Thank you to Jessica for bringing chocolates to share after class and thank you to Erin Meyers for setting up a dance backdrop yet again!
You know what happens after Halloween?
We had so much fun dressing up last Thursday and dancing in our Halloween costumes! From witches and pumpkins, to butterflies and a Cannabis Fairy, to Clifford The Big Red Dog, we had a hilarious showing of creative outfits!
Some of you have known me long enough to know my family tradition right after Halloween...
Yup, it's happening.....!!!!!
