Dear Friends,

No Class This Saturday, July 23rd

Happy Birthday to Laura Tollen, pictured above in the center, whom we celebrated last Saturday at "The Garage." Laura danced up front for the whole time to her favorite songs and thank you to everyone who joined her!

Next Saturday, July 23rd, I will be a bridesmaid at one of my very best friend's wedding (from junior high school!), so please do not come to The Garage! I danced with Sharon as cheerleaders in high school, to hip hop troupes in college, to a hip hop ministry after college, and we even continued dancing in many friend's weddings (including mine... and soon-to-be hers!).

The rest of the schedule will stay the same this week and next:

- Tuesday 9:30am Stop Drop and Dance @UUMarin or ZOOM
- Wednesday 9:30am HIIT Camp - ZOOM only
- Thursday 9:30am Stop Drop and Dance @UUMarin or ZOOM

So I've been recording some new On-Demand content that are short 20 minute workouts you can easily add into your weekly routine. Try them out and I hope you like it!

20 Minutes x 7 Days Pure Strength Series
A one-week full body workout that targets all the major muscle groups in your body: chest, back, legs (front), triceps, biceps, legs (back), and shoulders and abs. All you need is a mat and dumbbells!

20 Minute Full Body Floor Stretches
A short and sweet full body stretch routine all on the floor for a post-workout or a rest day. All you need is a yoga mat.

20 Minute Standing Dancing Stretch

A short and sweet full body standing stretch routine for a post-workout (such as after Stop Drop and Dance class!) or a rest day. All you need is a yoga mat.

A Reminder For You

Last week I was driving with my girls in the car and we were stopped at a stoplight. In the corner of my eye, I noticed a yard sign with the quote above on it and a picture of Thich Nhat Hanh. I immediately told my girls to look at the sign before we drove off and it opened up a conversation between us.

You are unique.

You are special.

You are one-of-a-kind.

You have a gift.

You have a purpose.

You belong.

You matter.

You are important.

You are capable.

You make a difference.

I am so grateful for that one person who decided to share that yard sign with the world. With my girls. With me. And now with you. This is my reminder to you today that...
