Merry Everything & See You Thursday!

December 27, 2023

December 25, 2023

Dear Friends,

Classes Resume This Thursday, December 28th!

Thank you friends for making my job SO incredibly fun!!! I absolutely love dancing with all of you, but it’s so much more than just the dancing.

I am so grateful that together, we laugh, we smile, we move, we sweat, we cry, we sing, we pray, we SLAY, and we get to feel alive, carefree, and happy like we once were as kids.

If you want to join us, all that you need is an open mind and an open heart. No mirrors, no expectations, no competition, no ego. If you can let all that seriousness go, you will be rewarded with genuine JOY. Come in-person, on zoom, or take a recording on-demand anytime - we would love to dance, HIIT, and yoga with you in 2024!

Join us for our last class of 2023 on Saturday, December 30th for a 75 Minute New Years Eve-EVE class!

Happy Christmas-Elves-Themed Birthday Sandy Aley!

Last Tuesday's Stop Drop and Dance class was extra special with a LOT of sweat and Christmas spirit! Sandy Aley invited her entire family (husband Darr and sons Kallen and Aiden) as well as her friends from small group to join, and they DID!

They showed up in festive holiday colors and not only danced the entire time, but literally brought the BIG energy by adding extra whoops and hollers that made the entire room smile and laugh!

Thank you to everyone else who came in-person and got to celebrate Sandy for this super memorable class! She was so sweet and brought Christmas and Hanukkah fun glasses for everyone to wear too! Happiest birthday to Sandy!

Santa's "Most Likely" List!

This past weekend my family and I have been celebrating the holidays sleeping over at my parents' house!  It is our special family tradition, and I love it because it is so simple and so comfortable.

Last night for Christmas Eve, my sister gave us an early Christmas present, and it was these personalized matching Santa's "Most Likely" shirts pictured above!

If you know me well, this is the PERFECT type of present that I love love love because it is thoughtful, creative, and something to unite us together!  Of course I got, "Most Likely to Dance with Santa!"

I love my family and I love that they (reluctantly but willingly) let me take silly pictures and videos of us!  Thank you to my sister, Ann, for the BEST present (that we'll rewear every year at our sleepovers!).

"The magic of Christmas never ends, and its greatest of gifts are family and friends."

Merry Everything to all of you and your loved ones!

Love,

Grace
