"Dada Da Da
Dadada Da Da

It's the Final Countdown!"
(I hope you are singing the tune with me...)
Yes, we are taking drop-ins at the door if you decide to join us last minute, however, to give us the most accurate count for food and snacks, please purchase your ticket by Wednesday in order to get all the goodies!
Check out the video clip below taken from our first Dance-a-thon in 2019!
Where are my backup dancers?
Those of you who have already signed up for the Dance-a-thon, be sure to read the daily emails this week!
The dance-a-thon is a serious cardio workout and shouldn't be taken lightly.
In my emails this week, I will prep you on how to hydrate properly, how to carb-load, and how to taper off your workout for peak performance Saturday! Please be sure to read my tips and let's have an amazing, safe, and healthy dance-a-thon!
Last day to sign up and be a backup dancer is WEDNESDAY, March 8th!
Celebrations of Marin
Congratulations to Kim Clarke and her husband Chris for winning the Best Party Rentals for 2023 in the Marin IJ Readers Choice Awards!
Kim used to take some of our classes before the pandemic, and it has been amazing watching her small business grow from her garage to a warehouse now in Novato!
Thank you to Kim and Celebrations of Marin for supporting us and sponsoring a balloon garland for our Dance-a-thon next weekend!
All Rainbow All The Time!
If you don't own anything with rainbows on it, this is your sign that it's time to invest in something you can dance in! Our Stop Drop and Dance classes have an underlying "All Rainbow All The Time" feel and honestly, we wear rainbows to class at least 3x a year (the next time will be on Saturday, April 1st for a fundraiser class with Jessica Kissane benefitting Ruby's Rainbow!).
Kendra has only been dancing regularly with us for about half a year, and has maybe come up on camera once or twice. But this past Saturday, she picked a 75 minute playlist and danced the entire time up front in her long-sleeve, hooded, most amazing rainbow onesie! We loved dancing with her two daughters and they also brought rainbow heart sunglasses for everyone too!
Happy Birthday Kendra and thanks for showing dedication and perseverance by keeping that onesie on for the entire sweaty class!

This past Tuesday in Stop Drop and Class, Erin Meyers showed up with a dozen red helium foil balloons shaped as stars. That caught everyone's attention for sure, but then she proceeded to tie the balloons in the front of class!
Erin handed me a "All Rainbow All The Time" box and inside was a personalized, one-of-a-kind, handmade medal that she made me wear and dance with for the entire class!
Thank you, friends, for all your support and love especially this past week celebrating The Power With Grace win in the category of "Best Personal Fitness Instructor" (page 76) and Stop Drop and Dance get honorable mention for the category of "Best Dance Studio" (page 60) in the Marin IJ Readers Choice Awards!
This is not MY award.
This is OUR award.
I cannot say it enough.
I am SO GRATEFUL for all of you!
