We had such an amazing turnout of friends and family last weekend for our Stop Drop and Dance fundraiser in memory of Steve Franchetti. Thank you to everyone who donated and/or danced with Michelle Franchetti. We raised $1245 for By The Bay Health (formerly known as Hospice of Marin), whose mission is to provide high quality and compassionate care for patients wherever they call home.

Dance fundraiser this Sunday for Glenwood Elementary School!
Anyone is invited to join our hosts, Ashley Walter and Sunny St. Germain,this Sunday, November 6th at 10:30am for a Stop Drop and Dance (plus donuts!)fundraiser class for Glenwood Elementary School! Drop in through Venmo will be available at the door for $25 per person and we will be dancing in the Glenwood Gym, located at 25 W. Castlewood Drive, San Rafael. Wear your black "Shine Your Light" tank if you have one (or you can order online and pick up on Sunday)!

Erin Meyers came to our 9:30am Wednesday HIIT class yesterday morning wearing the most appropriate and hilarious tank top.

Workout Wednesdays look like...
Click on the video below if you'd like a quick glimpse into our Wednesday mornings! We begin at 9:30am for HIIT Camp 30/30 and then at 10:45am we practice an All-Levels Yoga class! We started offering these classes in September at UUMarin in-person, on Zoom, or on-demand, and we'd love for you to join us!
Drop in is $20 (you can double up classes and the second one is free!) and for monthly members, these classes are included in the unlimited membership.
9:30am HIIT Camp 30/30 stands for High Intensity Interval Training. We do 30 seconds of cardio and alternate with 30 seconds of strength, and it is a full body workout. Please bring a mat and your own set of light and heavy dumbbells (ideal range between 5-12 pounds). This class is all about getting stronger while getting your heart rate up!
10:45am All-Levels Yoga is a full body vinyasa flow class that allows modifications for beginning students and yet offers options for arm balances and binds for advanced students. The best part are the hands-on adjustments! Bring a mat and dress in layers since we leave the windows and doors open for ventilation and it can get chilly.
2 Legit 2 Quit!
If you missed class last Thursday, we had an epic Stop Drop and Dance birthday class for Jessica Kissane and Lisa Butcher!
Not only did we dance for 75 minutes to our favorite hip hop songs, but also everyone looked THE PART!!! Track suits, one shoulder overalls, flannels, hoodies, Kangol hats, giant pants, hi-top shoes, and BLING!!! The birthday gals even bought backward caps and gold money necklaces for everyone! Too much fun and worth the excessive amount of sweating to stay in costume!
