Dear Friends,

Hello From Colorado!
All live classes are cancelled this week because I am on a ski vacation with my family in Colorado. I grew up going to Northstar-at-Tahoe every Christmas break with my parents, and now that my girls are easier to travel with, the EPIC season pass has allowed us to continue going to Northstar, but also explore different resorts out-of-state. Currently we are at Beaver Creek and tomorrow we will move over to Vail! The weather has been gorgeous, the snow shines like glitter, and here at Beaver Creek, we have been greeted with chocolate chip cookies at the end of the day! Yum!
Thank you for your understanding.
Our live classes will resume on Tuesday, March 1st, as well as a March ABS CHALLENGE!
By request, I am creating a March Abs Challenge starting on Tuesday, March 1st. It will be a reasonably short length each day (approximately 10 minutes), modifiable for all-levels, and there's no better motivation than to do it altogether!
Save the Date and be sure to read next Monday's newsletter to get all the details on how you can join!

Happy Birthday Kim!

Our Future is Bright!
Last week, I also had the pleasure of leading a Girl Scout Brownie Troop meeting and helping them earn the "My Best Self" badge! We started off talking about their favorite activities that made them feel their best, then they learned and performed our Stop Drop and Dance routine to "Run The World (Girls)" by Beyonce!
These girls were singing and changing and shouting out so loud while dancing that neighbors even texted troop mom, Staci Morris, to comment on their cute voices! We finished with a stretch to a classic Girl Scout song (even when I was a Brownie 30 years ago), "This Little Light of Mine."
I have no doubt these girls WILL run the world!

"This little light of mine, I'm gonna let it shine.
This little light of mine, I'm gonna let it shine.
This little light of mine, I'm gonna let it shine.
Let it shine,
Let it shine,
Let it shine!"
Have a wonderful week, friends!
Love,
Grace
