What are the benefits of being a member?

In addition to Stop Drop and Dance and HIIT Camp 30/30 offered live 4x a week, we offer on demand fitness recordings such as TRX, Pure Cardio, Pure Strength, and Bootcamp, or on demand yoga such as Power, Gentle, Yin, or YogaBurn, and shorter series challenges that are 8 minutes or 20 minutes long to fit into your busy schedule!

Remember that we have 5 more weeks to trial our Wednesday in-person and Zoom 9:30am HIIT Camp 30/30 (need dumbbells, mat, and sneakers) and 10:45am All-Levels Yoga class (need yoga mat) at UU Marin in Terra Linda! Come and check out both classes and let Grace know if you would consistently come every week!
Help us decide whether we should sign an annual contract to keep these classes on our schedule after our trial period!

Rescue You
If you were in class last Tuesday, or if you take the free class linked above, you will hear the song, "Rescue," by Lauren Daigle, that I use during stretch.
As I shared in class, I chose that song to end with because I believe we have to make a conscious effort to rescue ourselves. By moving our bodies, showing up even when we don't feel like it, and surrounding ourselves with positive people, we are giving self-love and creating positive energy within us.
We are our own SOS.
We are our own shelter.
We are our own army.
We can and must continue to rescue ourselves, day after day.
