Dear Friends,
Commit to YOU This Fall!
School is officially back in session, and that means the free-flowing form of summertime has ended. Now we are back to regular schedules and it is a perfect time to set a weekly routine for yourself!
I know it is challenging because we are givers and helpers, but we have to remember to prioritize our own self-care too! It is the airplane analogy of putting on your oxygen mask first during an emergency in order to help put on oxygen masks for others around you!
What are 3 measurable goals that you would like to set for yourself during the next 3 months?
Here are just a few examples:
1) Stop Drop and Dance 2-3x a week
2) Strength Train 3-4x a week
3) Stretch 10 minutes 5x a week
4) Walk 10,000 steps daily
5) Eat 100g protein daily
6) Drink 64oz water daily
7) Sleep 8 hours daily
8) Meditate for 10 minutes daily
9) Write in a journal for 20 minutes 3x a week
10) Set a limit on your screen time, i.e avoid when you wake up
I'd love to help keep you accountable! Reply to this email and share your 3 goals!
Happiest birthday to my dad and mom who are both Virgos and have set a lifelong example of self-care and health. Not only do they log into Zoom for Stop Drop and Dance 3x a week, and Strength & Stretch 1x a week, on the remaining 3 days, they walk their 10,000 steps around the neighborhood!
They also keep their mind healthy by constantly staying curious and learning new things (my dad) or playing brain puzzles like Sudoku (my mom). Most importantly, they live a simple, happy life. My heart is always full around my mom and dad, and they are OUR ultimate role models!
Happy body, happy mind, and happy heart!

Curious About Our Membership Options?
We understand that 9:30am does not work for everyone, so we created the membership portal as a home for all the recordings of our previously-live classes. We have a library of on-demand classes ranging from the past few months of Stop Drop and Dance or Strength & Stretch classes, as well as yoga and specialty classes of different lengths!
Our drop-in rate is $25, but if you plan to take 5 or more live or on-demand classes a month, then a membership is worth it!
IN-PERSON membership: $120 (unlimited in-person and online classes)
ONLINE membership: $70 (drop-in for $12)
(*memberships can be activated on any day - you do not have to start on the first of the month*)
Our inspiration is Veronique Besfamille, pictured above, who was an in-person member the past few years, but shared with us this past Thursday that her family is moving to Spain!!! Even still, she is planning to keep the online membership and take our classes at 6:30pm (9:30am our time!) in Spain, and do the on-demand recordings!
We will miss you in-person Veronique... but we are thrilled to continue seeing you ON ZOOM!

If you watched "Voicemails for Isabelle"...
… then you definitely know why we wanted to learn this dance!
So much fun breaking down the choreography last Saturday to “Dancing On My Own” by Robyn - a viral routine that came about from Netflix’s summer blockbuster, “Voicemails For Isabelle!”
Thank you to all the dancers who showed up to learn, to laugh, to sweat, and to DANCE!!! We’ve posted the recording of our class on our YouTube channel, so we hope you will learn the dance with us!
If there are any viral dances you want to learn, please feel free to email me and share a video!

"Give yourself a gift of five minutes of contemplation in awe of everything you see around you. Go outside and turn your attention to the many miracles around you. This five-minute-a-day regiment of appreciation and gratitude will help you to focus your life in awe."
- Wayne Dyer
Just another suggestion to choose from for one of your goals...
Only 5 minutes a day.
With love,
Grace
