Aloha is the Best Medicine

April 18, 2022

April 18, 2022

Dear Friends,

My family and I just flew back tonight from a much needed extended vacation in Maui. We snorkeled to see sea turtles, hiked and climbed over rocks to see waterfalls, swam in pools and in the ocean, ate plate lunches and shaved ice, and most importantly, we allowed ourselves to turn off our brains and completely relax with ohana.

Hawaii never disappoints!

Who's ready to dance??

Our live Zoom and in-person Stop Drop and Dance classes will resume tomorrow, Tuesday, April 19th! We have some belated birthday celebrations to catch up on, so we would love for you to join us (and don't forget to reach out if you ever have a special event you want to celebrate with our community)!

Tuesday, April 19th, 9:30am-10:45am @UU Marin:
75 minutes dancing with Ashley Walter and Alison Williams!

Thursday, April 21st, 9:30am-10:45am @UU Marin:
75 minutes dancing with Susan Schroeder and my sister, Ann Ing!

Saturday, April 23rd: 9:30am-10:45am @One Thorndale:
60 minutes regular dance class and 10-15 minutes core/abs/stretch

In-Person Dancers at UU Marin...

We have been so incredibly blessed to be able to dance in the airy, beautiful, private Fellowship Hall at UU Marin for the past year. One of the best features has been the plentiful parking spaces (not to mention the views!).

Please kokua and park in any of the unmarked spots in the lot. The church has requested that no one parks in the STAFF parking spots, and to only park COMPACT vehicles in the labeled spots.Mahalo for your cooperation!

Aloha may be the best medicine...
But dance is the best therapy!

Hope to see you this week!

Love,
Grace
