Our regular schedule resumes TOMORROW, May 25th!
Please join us tomorrow, Thursday, May 25th, for a 75 minute Stop Drop and Dance class at 9:30am at UU Marin (240 Channing Way in San Rafael)! This will be a first-ever, super special TRIPLE 50th birthday celebration for Rita Ribera Channon (May 27th), Keala Landry (May 31st), and Sharon Mor (June 5th)! Carpool if you can on Thursdays in general and please wear BLACK and GOLD!
Then on Saturday, May 27th, we'll be dancing another 75 minute Stop Drop and Dance class at 9:30am at The Garage (1 Thorndale Drive in San Rafael) for Leslie Dinham's birthday! Please wear one of your "Shine Your Light" tanks!

I am grateful I had the opportunity to take a mini getaway with my family and my parents these past few days. Despite a few hiccups in our plan, including a 5-hour flight that turned into a 15-hour delayed flight, we made it safely and made the most of our short time together.
On the first day, the beach was strangely covered with coral and rocks that had washed up from the tide. As we walked along the beach, I suddenly noticed one particular coral perfectly shaped as a heart! I was so happy as I tried to explain to my girls how sometimes, all you have to do is have gratitude and love life... then more love and joy will find you in return!
Throughout the rest of that day, I found not one, not two, but a total of FIVE heart-shaped coral rocks. I'm not sure my girls understood my lesson, but I hope you do.
