Another Year of Love and Sunshine!
Last Thursday, we celebrated Sunny St. Germain’s birthday with a sweaty 75 minute Stop Drop and Dance class!Sunny really lives up to her name and she brightens up our community with her positivity and kindness. She bought little yellow heart crystals for everyone as a reminder of bringing sunshine into our everyday lives, even when life throws us difficult moments!

Never a Dull Moment!
It was a really fun week starting with Saint Patrick's Day on Tuesday. We noticed that in addition to those wearing green, the rest of the dancers all wore various colors of the rainbow!
And then there was that moment when police officers responded to an emergency call from our location because they heard screaming women...
HAHAHA apparently our dancing enthusiasm set off Karin Conn's SOS alarm on her phone, which called the police. Well that's a first...
Also, thank you to everyone who came out Wednesday evening for our Karaoke night. We always have so much fun taking over the dance floor and this time, we made some new friends too, who we hope to see in class one day!
