Dear Friends,
A Recap of Special Events
(Over the Last 2 Weeks!)
Over the weekend, Lynne Yuster hosted a private Pink Pony Club Stop Drop and Dance birthday fundraiser at the Fairfax Pavilion with her friends and family, raising $10,865 for the non-profit organization, Boarding for Breast Cancer (B4BC).
Lynne and her set up team did an amazing job decorating the venue and guests showed up dressed in perfectly themed outfits. We danced, Lynne shared her testimonial, we heard from Molly who represented B4BC, and then everyone enjoyed dinner and conversation together.
Thank you to all of Lynne’s community for not only celebrating Lynne’s special birthday, but for also making a difference to raise awareness about Breast Cancer, promote early detection, and support survivors and fighters in their cancer journey.
Happiest 50th Birthday Lynne!!!

Marin Foster Care Dance-a-thon!
The previous weekend we had the honor of partnering with the Marin Foster Care Association for the 4th year in a row to lead a family dance party for foster families, social workers and the community to raise awareness and funds for the Marin Foster Care program! It is always a well organized event with raffle items, a slideshow, crafts and activities, pizza and ice cream, and even a fun Photo Booth!
Thank you to our loyal dancers, (some who danced twice that day!) for helping to lead the party and dance with the cutest kids at the event! Grateful for Debby Strenkofsky, Eliza Desch, Gina Mazza, Leslie Dinham, Lisa Butcher and Tanya Burdick! Thank you also to Joanna Stott (and Caren Wachtenheim in the past) for organizing the event and inviting our team!
Thank you to the Marin Foster Care Association for supporting our foster youth!

Happy Birthday Gina & Tanya!
So much LOVE (and SPICE 🔥) in the room celebrating a double birthday Stop Drop and Dance class for Gina Daly and Tanya Burdick!
Everyone came dressed in our matching red shirts and we danced to a playlist made up of Gina and Tanya’s combined favorite songs. We started and finished class with two songs that overlapped on both of their playlists: “Gimme Love” by Sia and “Made For Now” by Janet Jackson.
Happiest birthday Gina and Tanya and here’s to manifesting Tanya’s shoutout:
We hope you both have the “Best Year Ever!”

Happy 72nd Birthday Marsha!
We had the honor of celebrating Marsha Cellar for a “Dancers in the Wild” themed Stop Drop and Dance class, and what made it even more special was that her son, EJ, even showed up to support his mama for a few dances!
Marsha always has a smile on her face and is our go-to “Tainted Love” karaoke singer who brings a lot of fun to our community! She was sweet to buy chocolate bars for everyone in class and we finished the playlist dancing the Horah, which was requested by Marsha 2 years ago for her 70th birthday class! So much fun celebrating Marsha and our community!
The best part was ending in a group hug!

She is a Powerful Woman
By A. Hartgers
She rises from her adversity, but never forgets her origin.
She learns from her past, and chooses to keep going forward, even when her steps get heavy.
She transforms her pain and suffering into strength and wisdom.
Yes, she may stumble.
Yes, sometimes she falls.
But just as the sun always rises,
So, too, does a powerful woman.
She is equipped with an intuition that guides her course like a compass.
She strives to love herself, and all that she stands for, with a fierce loyalty, even when it’s difficult.
She's not afraid to seek truth, even when it hurts.
She is passionate, and uses her gifts to inspire and spread light and love.
With a mind of wonder and a heart of goodness and grit, she is resilient.
She refuses to be navigated by fear and doubt.
She knows where she’s been, where she is, and where she’s headed.
She uplifts other women, and embodies authenticity and humility.
She loves deeply, lives with compassion, and is relentlessly unapologetic.
She is designed to be admired, not always liked.
She is fierce, determined, and unstoppable.
She is a powerful woman.
Love,
Grace
