Our yummiest yoga class for deep stretching. We hold poses for 3-5 minutes and stay completely on the floor. Class length varies from 20-60 minutes and sometimes focuses on specific areas of the body. A yoga mat is required and there are optional props such as sandbags, straps, blocks, or blankets. This is the ultimate practice in breathwork and quieting the mind!
