Grab your 5-10 pound dumbbells, put on your sneakers, and get ready for a HIGH INTENSITY cardio strength class for your whole body. Every movement is choreographed to the music and we move on the beat. All classes can be modified down to low impact steps, or modified up to plyometrics and jumping. 30 seconds, 2 exercises, 4 sets. Move at your own pace and complete as many repetitions as possible. Classes can range from one 4-minute round to a typical 45-minute class that will cycle through 8 rounds. Different equipment may be needed in certain classes, but most will use a heavier set of dumbbells (10-15 pounds) and a yoga mat. We'll challenge ourselves with full-body strength and cardio exercises that can be modified up or down to your fitness level. Finish feeling stronger!
